What is Google Business Profile?
The free listing that shows a business on Google Search and Maps, with its address, hours, photos and reviews.

A Google Business Profile is how a local business appears in map results. It should be owned by the business, kept accurate and used to answer reviews. If an agency creates it, make sure it is created under your own account.
Questions to ask a company that offers this
- Will the profile be in my name?
- How often will it be updated?
A good company will answer these plainly and in writing. Vague or evasive answers are worth noting.
